BSL-3 Unit for In vivo And In vitro Models

No description

Responsible person: Petr Bednář, M.Sc.

Our BSL-3 laboratories are designed for working with dangerous pathogens, not only those found locally, but also more exotic pathogens such as the Kyasanur Forest Disease virus and the Rift Valley Fever virus.

We offer a wide range of experimental options not only in in vitro models, but also in in vivo models of laboratory mice, complemented by an extensive virus collection. The most frequently used models in our laboratories include representatives of the flavivirus and coronavirus families, although we also work with other viral models.

Our services include not only individual comprehensive projects, but we can also process and analyze smaller sets of samples or even individual samples or experiments. In addition to experimental services, we also offer the opportunity to take a practical course in working in a BSL-3 laboratory. Please contact us for a more detailed assessment of your needs.
